小關山鹹粿位於關山往貓鼻頭的路邊，老房子在院子裡放幾張電纜桌，雖然簡單，不過居高臨下，看日落的景觀卻是一流的。老板的爸爸好客風趣，是最佳的外場。這裡免停車費、不用買票、不須罰站，可以悠哉的買盤鹹粿或黑輪米血，坐下來好好欣賞夕陽的地方。
