Just watched TV and talked about this place Humans are really sad animals At the end of World War II, on August 19, 1944, the Japanese transport ship Tamatsumaru bound for Manila was sunk by the U.S.A. submarine Hachibaji, with a total of 4,820 crew members and crew, and only 65 survivors. [2] [3], including Zhongli Xiuji, then 23 years old, who was rescued by the residents of Maobitou for many days after drifting at sea. [4] [5] [6] The residents of Maobitou actively assisted in the cremation of thousands of corpses, mostly Japanese and Korean officers and soldiers, and it took four days and nights to incinerate the remains [5]. Over the years, Zhongli Xiuci couldn't forget the scenes of his death while drifting at sea with his robes, and dreamed of them from time to time. So in 1981, he donated tens of millions of Japanese yen and raised funds from the survivors. At Chaoyin Temple, more than 5,000 Japanese officers and soldiers killed in the Bastrait were sacrificed. [4] [5] When Nakajima Shuji purchased temple land, the property rights were registered in the name of his friend Zheng Yonglie because the Japanese could not purchase land in Taiwan. After the death of Zheng Yonglie on July 31, 1984, the land was inherited by his son Zheng Qingyan. The land of this temple was resold to Zhuang Shuping, and the building was registered under the name of Hong Yinhe. [4] [7] Zhuang Shuping wanted to tear down the temple bed and breakfast. The eighteen-year-old Zhongli Shuci was not wealthy. On November 13, 2009, she coordinated with her at Chaoyin Temple in Maobitou, telling that it was his life's responsibility to guard his comrades-in-arms. His comrades-in-arms are homeless, so Chaoyin Temple must not disappear. Locals also hope that the government will come forward to help this historic building be properly handled. [4] [8] In response to this dispute, Nakahata Shuji appointed the head of Kaohsiung Art Products Co., Ltd. Zhong Zuorong to file a civil lawsuit in the Pingtung District Court [6]. On June 15, 2013, Chungli Xiu won the lawsuit and died on October 21 of that year [7].

Unfortunately I only worshiped around the temple because I learned later that I needed to contact the temple in advance, but from various stone monuments, the tragic situation during the war and the Japanese people at that time It is a place where you can feel the irreplaceable connection of Taiwanese. Unfortunately, the Japanese people who fell into the war in the southern sea from here, and the Taiwanese people who kindly responded to the Japanese bodies that had flowed to the coast. The relationship between the two countries is deeply moved, and when I look at the nearby cat nose head coastline, I lose the word in a majestic and noble nature that makes me think that the body may have flowed here.

The door should be opened only when there is an event, It happens that the families of martyrs come here to worship, otherwise they should not get off the car!

Peace memorial Origin During World War II, many Japanese officers and many people died in the Bashi Channel and were launched on the Hengchun Peninsula. War-torn Taiwanese people housed and buried the bodies and offered a memorial service. Now, we tell posterity that there is peace on the foundation of many victims in the unfortunate wars of the past, and erected a monument in prayer for eternal peace without war and friendship between Taiwan and Japan. .. Thanks Peace Memorial Monument Ayu During the Second World War, after the mourning of the Japanese soldiers and personnel, the Bashi Channel, the Hengchun Peninsula. Anxiety about the war and turmoil, the remains of the burial of the people of Taiwan, and the consolation of Einherjar. Imaai Fuwasha Theme 你 你 or more Service promotion peace special monument den Tatsu posterity, average prayer Miki Eimu 戰 爭, Eiyo peace, China Republic 與 Japan permanent retention friendship relations. Thanks It is located about 50 meters from the idyllic peninsula outer road. There is a statue of the Bodhisattva Minami Mukanzeon directly in front of it, and the following is written on the back side of the pedestal. Time throws everything away from grace Now it's just With the many spirits that sleep in the deep blue sea of Bassie As soon as you pray Was written. After that, there was a memorial to the war dead in the Japanese Navy Strait of World War II, and to the left was a monument to the Rotary Club that was transcribed at the beginning. There was also a monument about Korean student soldiers. I couldn't read it in Hangul in some places, but the inscription was written along with the stone statue. I didn't know anything about such an event or history. I came to Kenting and Hengchun on a carefree solo trip, but I'm glad I came. We pray for the souls and pay tribute to the locals.
