每來恆春不論排除任何困難都要吃到
排多久都值得
老闆娘一個人很辛苦
但食物完全不馬虎
堅持自炸豬油 不添加任何人工添加物
蛋黃半熟 蛋白邊邊煎得恰恰
拌入煮的熟度適中 口感剛好的白飯
完全屌打任何地方的豬油拌飯
自製野菜也是獨一無二 每道菜都很值得細細品味
The best lard bibimbap in Taiwan is well-deserved
Every time you come to Hengchun, you have to eat it regardless of any difficulties.
Worth the queue
The lady boss works hard alone
But the food is not sloppy at all
Stick to self-fried lard without adding any artificial additives
The egg yolk is half-cooked and the egg white is fried just right
Stir in cooked rice that is moderately cooked and tastes just right
Totally fucked lard bibimbap anywhere
Homemade wild vegetables are also unique, and each dish is worth savoring

外觀看起來很不起眼,食物跟老闆卻富有人情味

本次MVP?
半熟蛋、豬油、醬油、白飯,全部攪拌均勻再一口吃下,完全滿足!很簡單的材料卻有不凡的美味,米飯煮得很剛好,軟硬適中且粒粒分明。回想起那個滋味口水又要流下來了?
? 現炒野菜
老闆介紹這款是恆春特有的野菜,但忘記叫什麼了? 有個特殊的香氣,一開始會覺得有點衝擊,可是越吃越喜歡
?蛋花湯
蛋花是偏橙色的,感覺是很新鮮的蛋才會有的飽滿顏色,但整體喝起來胡椒味偏重,可是還是好喝的
?台北米粉湯
這個米粉湯是沒有肉類在裡面的哦~純粹粗米粉+湯(綜合的裡面才有料)
口味吃起來我覺得普通,湯沒有我期待中的濃郁,味道蠻清淡的。下次再點綜合米粉湯吃吃看,比較是不是真的有差別

跟朋友點這道的時候還笑說,休假從北部回屏東放鬆,卻還點台北米粉湯來吃,很像沒有離開台北一樣欸XD

Half-boiled eggs, lard, soy sauce, rice, all stir well and eat in one bite, completely satisfied! The simple ingredients have an extraordinary taste, the rice is cooked just right, the softness is moderate and the grains are distinct. Recalling that taste, my saliva is about to flow again ?
? Freshly fried wild vegetables
The boss introduced that this is a unique wild vegetable in Hengchun, but I forgot what it is called ? It has a special aroma, it will feel a little shocking at first, but the more I eat it, the more I like it
? Egg drop soup
The egg flower is orange, and it feels like a very fresh egg will have a full color, but the overall taste is heavy on pepper, but it is still delicious.
?Taipei rice noodle soup
This rice noodle soup has no meat in it ~ pure coarse rice noodles + soup (only ingredients are in the comprehensive)
The taste is ordinary to me, the soup is not as strong as I expected, and the taste is quite light. Next time, I will order the comprehensive rice noodle soup to see if there is really a difference.

When I ordered this dish with my friends, I laughed and said that I went back to Pingtung from the north to relax, but I also ordered Taipei rice noodle soup, it was like I never left Taipei. XD

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got their 豬油拌飯 which literally translates to pork oil mixed rice. Basically melted lard (think something along the lines of bacon fat) with seasonings at the bottom, then nicely textured white rice, a generous sprinkling of green onion and a wok fried egg on top. First pic is how the dish came out. Shop owner told me to fold everything from bottom up then mix. An instant cooked pork aroma came out and once mixed it looked and smelled SO GOOD. There is oil, and it did settle on the bottom (see last pic) so this dish may not be for everyone. Flavor-wise I'd never had anything like it and would get it again. I got a egg drop soup on the side to cut the fattiness of the rice bowl. Really cheap meal too. Rice was 25ntd for a small, 35ntd for a large.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ yolk lard rice , it tasted palatable. some dishes tasted a little salty, becase of local culture and habit. tourists ate them with drinks, most of them tasted yummy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “Fired egg pork oil rice” this evil comfort food tastes good no matter how you cook it. We ordered two bowls, one small and one big. The big one got too much oil at the bottom which affects the taste.
