★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小牛村的紅燒跟清燉都很好吃，麵條滑嫩順口，湯頭雖然清澈卻很香甜夠味，是個會再度造訪的店家。
 The braised and clear stew in Xiaoniu Village are delicious, the noodles are smooth and tender, and the soup is clear but very sweet and flavorful. This is a restaurant that I will visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Getting worse as the year goes by. Does a good job with the Taiwan national dish. There are different levels of spiciness to choose from and choose just meat or meat, tenden or meat tenden and tripe.
Can have long line during high season, go early.
Problem is that you never know when they decided to close for the day.

Highly recommend to tourists to try, inexpensive lunch, 190TWD for a noodle
The small cold dishes are also tasting great.
