部落宣教史 長樂教會,前身又名「東海教會」,早期是由 北排灣三地門的三地、達來、德文、賽嘉、霧台鄉 好茶村的信徒移居於牡丹鄉旭海村的東海路,又 稱大流溪的地方。於1952 年於自宅 聚會。直到1955 年設立的「東海教會」。翻開「東海教 會」在恆春半島的宣教歷史中,東海教會信徒的宣教歷史中,卻是深深影響臨近的村落。例 如,1955 年創立「牡丹教會」(大多是德文移住信徒)、有東海教會信徒陳毛茲於1958 年創 立「高士教會」、東海教會信徒徐天 賜於1960 年設立「八瑤教會」、1962 年東海教會信徒設 立「旭海教會」、並於 1966 年分設「大流溪教會」,對南下宣教卻是功不可沒的宣教經驗。 然而,1977 年因該地被政府規劃為國防重地,遭到強迫徵收土地,當地居民被迫離開家 園,教會信徒失散到滿州的長樂村、港仔村(失去信仰關懷),而政府僅支給微薄的補償。雖 總、中會先後積極支援,並向公家單位爭取權益,但相較於鄰近非原住民居民,補償措施明顯 採雙重標準對待,東海教會也因此走入歷史。 使日後遷移至滿洲鄉長樂村的東海教會信徒, 成立「長樂教會」。 從過去1955 年的「東海教會」到至今2018 的「長樂教會」已 63 個年頭,牧會歷史歷 經26 同工服事。但是至65 年移居至長樂教會時,教會的整個發展及推動就進入多重的考驗, 不僅是在地多元文化的適應及林立的廟宇,甚至是社會人口的變動,長樂教會就漸漸走入臨 近教會的「附屬教會」。被分派至在地的傳道人常常是以兼任長樂教會的服事工作,但是主要 的工作仍舊在於主要的服事教會,也使教會的發展有限。曾經是南下宣教指標性教會的長樂 教會,如今卻淪落附屬教會的窘況。國家政策及社會的變遷佔有許多較大的因素,但也這樣不 斷考驗排灣中會要如何在不同的宣教處境中,延續福音之火。  未來展望 長樂教會是早期南下宣教重要的指標,由於戒嚴時間受到國民政府的強置遷移,目前政在 積極的辦理轉正義。期待將教會目前在歷史創傷、土地問題處理。此外,教會也面臨人口外移 的現象,有許多會友及其後代遷移都市工作、定居。未來教會可能向轉型成為宣教營地及靈修 營地的場地,提供中會南向宣教多元發展傳道的所在地。' (內文取自排灣中會55年年鑑)
