貨物寄送後,有問題要找客服,卻發現電話都是電腦語音,還得再跑一趟。服務的部份真的很差。

台北寄到台東的件,因為過年期間貨物配送比較慢,這是可以諒解的,但已經到站卻因為司機沒聯繫導致還要再延一天收件就覺得很難接受!1/31寄件,今天2/4大年初四下午三點多想說查看一下配送進度,查詢單號顯示已經送達台東了,狀態顯示「聯繫不上」,最後更新時間是今天的中午十二點多。但我這完全沒有未接來電,司機根本沒聯繫過我,我也沒辦法回撥給他,只能打到台北客服,客服幫忙聯繫司機(繞一大圈)。客服問到的結果只能等明天再次配送,因為過年站所只營業到下午兩點。因為沒聯繫被迫延遲收貨這真的非常擾人!這種事情是可以避免的,但發生了發生我也只能接受,不管客服怎麼幫忙,就是只能等到明天,真的很可惡、糟糕透了。
