★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 市區內的路線有多段要穿越大馬路，台東新站一帶需稍微注意指標，卑南大圳後騎在河堤上，是條筆直的路線，靠近海岸公路大橋有些野狗，全程22~24公里。如要租自行車建議在海濱公園一帶租，森林公園入口處自行車太舊。

After the Beinan Dazhen ride on the river embankment, it is a straight route. There are some wild dogs near the Coast Highway Bridge. The whole journey is 22~24 km. . If you want to rent a bicycle, it is recommended to rent it in the seaside park. The bicycle at the entrance to the forest park is too old.
