停車廣場平時早上為許多小農的菜市場，在此停車也不用收費，還有許多的大樹可以遮陰。
其活動中心也是辦喜慶宴會的一個好場所，尤其是在結婚的旺季。在選舉期間也是東海里的投、開票所以及其他的商展用途，真是多功能。這樣也好，總比閒置著養蚊子來的強。
