★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20210401經過來看看，建築部分好像夜間比較美，白天普通，不過內部好像有很多不錯的展覽等，雖然沒進去但絕對值得去逛一逛。
After taking a look at 20210401, the building part seems to be more beautiful at night and ordinary during the day, but there seems to be a lot of good exhibitions inside. Although I didn't go in, it is definitely worth visiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 位於台東市中心，台東縣政府對面，外觀雅致素雅，有專屬停車場，常有各式展覽，開放給民眾欣賞，也開辦一些課程，供台東市民學習。
Located in the center of Taitung City, opposite the Taitung County Government, it has an elegant appearance, an exclusive parking lot, and often has various exhibitions open to the public to appreciate. It also offers some courses for Taitung citizens to learn.

在這裡開展中，這是一個很不錯的展覽環境，位於台東縣政府旁邊，交通環境都是得天獨厚，但是知道的人比較少。
Island Legend 2021 Huang Shuqing Creation Exhibition
During the development here, this is a very good exhibition environment. It is located next to the Taitung County Government. The traffic environment is blessed, but few people know it.

雖然舊但是是一個很好的環境
現在自修室在大馬路旁邊
而且空間比以前小很多
來往車輛真的很大聲
難怪來時都沒有人
蠻傻眼的⋯⋯
規劃時都沒想清楚嗎
The study room was still in the basement in the days of the social education hall.
Old but a good environment
Now the study room is next to the main road
And the space is much smaller than before
The traffic is really loud
No wonder no one came
pretty dumbfounded...
Didn't you think about it when planning?
