雞皮吃起來不是酥應該是偏硬的口感，而且沒味道，胡椒粉灑的又少，不推
甜不辣是一點也不酥，失敗
杏鮑菇也不行
鹹酥雞是還不錯的，但胡椒粉灑的很少，喜歡重口味的記得要提醒老闆加多點胡椒粉。

，梁記的魷魚是很好咬的，不會吃到嘴酸，而且保有水分，另外，四季豆的份量很有誠意，整份鹽酥雞炸好之後也會用機器脫油，是間很用心的店，整潔也是無可挑剔，很少看到有店家會加裝玻璃門來保護食材，大推！

地瓜沒有說很甜不推薦。炸雞皮也是酥脆得像餅乾，沒有什麼雞味。然後推薦鹽酥雞，醃料入味但不鹹，炸得很酥。整體價格也便宜。
