★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鱔魚意麵85元...首先意麵並非想像中的油炸意麵...而是一般現煮的意麵...再來是鱔魚(4小片)不像是用大火快炒...反而像是在湯汁中熬煮...鱔魚口感不僅不脆...可說是軟爛不佳...最後是湯汁也不似南部偏甜的口味...只能說與預期不符但還不至於難吃...整體而言cp值一般般...果然鱔魚意麵還是要去台南吃啊...
Unagi spaghetti 85 yuan...First of all, the pasta is not the fried pasta as imagined...but the general freshly cooked pasta...The second is the eel (4 small slices), which is not like being fried on high fire. ...Instead it seems to be boiled in the soup...The eel is not only not crispy...but it is not soft and rotten...Finally, the soup is not as sweet as the southern taste...only It can be said that it is not as expected but it is not unpalatable... Overall the cp value is average... Sure enough, the eel pasta is still going to Tainan to eat...
