★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 每個縣市都很多無名店家,可能是店家一不小心就營業了很久,然後默默的也不需要店名,因為大家也都習以為常,接著就會自動冒出客人間幫這無名店家取得店名,這種店名綽號的產生,讓在地人更有連結感,往往是跟曾經的地景或是周遭的地標甚至老闆的別名做結合,整個更有說服力,也相當有趣。
往往跟老闆說,老闆有人把你們的店名取作OOO耶,大多老闆都會靦腆的笑著說,久而久之大家都這樣稱呼也就當作自己的店名了,覺得這樣的模式很有趣,也非常在地化,讓來過人很難忘,就算店名是在菜市場不過的名字,也不會記錯,因為它總是強而有力的名稱。
說了那麼多廢話,這家俗稱小天野的麵攤,一樣是大家公認油麵跟陽春白麵還有萬惡滷味都很厲害,據說麵的部分,沒有味精都靠肉骨湯跟鹽作調味。
今天默默點了一碗閒編最愛的陽春麵乾麵加蛋還有肝連湯,麵跟肉燥搭起來很棒,再加上路邊攤的萬年工研烏醋完全大爆發,肝連湯就中規中矩。
不過礙於小鳥胃點不了滷味,單光看起來就挺不錯的,尤其冬天看到熱呼呼的熱滷味就覺得值得再配一個罐啤酒⋯而去小天野麵攤的價格很親民,不過正餐時間人都多到炸,停車位也很難停就是了。
要說可惜的地方,應該就是今天吃到的滷蛋,不是那種一直跟著肉燥一直滾的款式,冷冷的,讓我覺得入口整體感有點突兀,但也許是他們的特色,不影響我的喜愛,總之,你們不要太常來,因為以後我們要排隊很痛苦(欸)

After talking so much nonsense, this noodle stall, commonly known as Xiao Amano, is also recognized by everyone that oily noodles, white noodles, and all kinds of stew are very strong. It is said that the noodles are seasoned by meat bone soup and salt without MSG.
Today, I silently ordered a bowl of Xianbian’s favorite Yangchun noodles, dry noodles with eggs and liver soup. The noodles are great with dried pork. In addition, the Wannian Gongyan black vinegar from the roadside stalls completely broke out. Very satisfactory.
But because the bird’s stomach can’t order the lo-mei, it looks pretty good alone, especially in winter when you see the hot lo-mei, you think it’s worthwhile to pair with a can of beer... and the price of the Xiaotianye noodle stall is very affordable, but it’s time for dinner. There are too many to explode, and parking spaces are hard to stop.
To say that it is a pity, it should be the braised egg that I have eaten today. It is not the style that keeps rolling along with the minced meat. It is cold and makes me feel that the overall taste of the entrance is a bit abrupt, but maybe it is their characteristic that does not affect me. Love, in short, don’t come too often, because it will be painful for us to line up in the future (Eh)
