★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 到店裡換卡西歐手錶電池，換完以後手錶卻無法正常使用了。老闆換的過程中掉了幾顆小彈簧，他說裝回去就好，裝好後，我的手錶一直呈現碼表狀態，無法回覆到時鐘模式。老闆一直強調是我太久沒有調整手錶，所以按鍵沒反應，要我送回原廠維修，問老闆是否可以將新裝的電池拔下來，老闆說裝了就沒有幫忙拔下來的服務，說這樣不會耗電，耗電量只跟一般使用時鐘的狀態一樣，結果兩個小時後我的手錶沒電了。我的手錶只跑了兩個小時的碼表，花了我150元呀！

去洗兩副眼鏡，老闆娘接手過去時隨便捏眼鏡，用丟的丟進機器裡，洗完擦拭時非常用力亂擦，還漏一部分沒擦乾。我反映後，老闆娘將擦過的濕衛生紙丟過來叫客人自己擦。第二隻眼鏡要還客人時也是隨便丟，丟到鏡片朝下撞到桌面也完全不理會，顧著跟後面進來的廠商講話。
