★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 從小吃到大，非常喜歡！店內的招牌水煎包口味堅持不變，從外皮到內餡，全都手工做。裡頭的內餡是以肉燥、高麗菜、紅蘿蔔絲及韭菜等炒至半熟包入，在煎盤上才加熱至全熟，外皮Q軟有咬勁，加上古早味的內餡，是當地相當受歡迎的四十年老店。

以前念東中的時候，上課前總是會經過這裡，買個兩顆當作早餐；過了十幾年，一顆水煎包收費略為調整，只收$15，便宜又實惠。比較值得注意的是，早上的水煎包是葷食，下午的會變成素煎包。
