★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 早上順著山海鐵馬道起點騎來卑南大圳,沿路吃了早上就秒殺的水煎包、台東人從小吃到大的尚旺水煎包,加上先前也賣滷味的七里香,原本覺得台東的水煎包之旅應該就此以失望告終了,沒想到在迷路時遇到這一家,不是觀光客會來,不是部落客會推薦的,只有一般當地人光顧的早餐店,心想我這超愛吃水煎包的台南人是否應該再給台東水煎包一個機會?
原本已不吃澱粉的我,今日為了追憶兒時美味水煎包而探險,此時肚子咕嚕咕嚕叫,似乎是好預兆。果然,這家水煎包皮薄餡多、湯汁噴發、內餡調味鹹淡適中,外皮煎至金黃略焦脆,除了太燙手以外找不到缺點,好吃到什麼醬料都不用加才是心目中最佳水煎包。

豆漿是粉調的不是真的磨製豆漿,所以不推無糖的因為會喝到那個粉味;韭菜蛋餅現場好吃,但外帶很快就軟掉建議只能內用,碗粿除了一點點蘿蔔乾跟一小塊水煮蛋,完全沒有其他料,售價30元真的沒那個價值。
以前年輕時吃這一家覺得便宜而且吃得飽,現在吃這家會覺得有點吃老字號的名氣感…
