★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 櫃檯服務人員的態度差勁、言語沒有耐心、用詞沒有熱忱與專業，少年感化院裡面的輔導員說不定都比他們客氣，全台灣的銀行跟郵局找不到比這邊更糟糕的，明明是私人機構可以培訓出連公務員素質都不如的員工，要不是公事上有特殊需求，完全不會想在這邊存任何一塊錢。
The attitude of the staff at the counter is poor, impatient in speech, and lack of enthusiasm and professionalism in the words. The counselors in the Juvenile Reformation Institute may be more polite than them. Banks and post offices in Taiwan can’t find anything worse than here. They are obviously private. Organizations can train employees whose quality is not as good as that of civil servants. Unless they have special needs in official business, they would never want to save any dollar here.
