這一家料理的滷白菜有點鹹然後蝦仁炒飯好像也沒什麼蝦仁點的滷豆腐也沒來 點的蝨目魚湯說沒有刺但還是蠻多刺的 到最後點了一碗餛飩湯 我覺得店家很奇怪說不能煮麵卻能煮 餛飩 實在太餓沒辦法

2022年4月18日下午四時許,環島第十一天,我經過台東市新生路,一天的旅程下來飢腸轆轆,見到這家看起來樸實的老店,以為美食藏於民間,再加上過慣都市爾虞我詐生活的人,總有一種對於東部人真誠性格的期待,因此停下摩托車走了進去。 「要吃什麼?」老闆以冷冷的撲克臉這麼冷冷地問著,然後看到整個店裡亂又髒(這種環境免不了孳生很多蟑螂、老鼠),我很想掉頭就走。但是心裡又忖度著:人家說不定東西好吃,才能夠屹立至今,既然來了,就姑且試之。 點了一碗鵝肉麵,小小一碗要價100。咦?阿鵝肉咧?從桌上那把黃黃髒髒的筷子裡抽出一雙比較不髒的翻翻看,底下除了兩片薄薄的鵝肉外,其他都是骨頭,阿台東物價市都比我們西部都會區高就是了? 感覺老闆很有勇氣,就是鐵了心只想做一次生意就好,佩服!
