★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員態度很好，但是卻提供錯誤資訊。辦理停止門號，被告知「門號原有信用卡扣款，但在辦理完停止門號後，自動扣款功能會立刻被取消，最後一期帳單要手動繳款。」我還再三確認。今天收到電子帳單上仍是寫著「轉帳代繳」，打去客服也確定這最後一期仍是信用卡扣款。還好客服說系統有防呆機制，若有手動繳費則不會信用卡扣款。台哥大已經是第二次提供錯誤資訊給我，而且這兩家都是直營門市。
The clerk has a good attitude, but provides wrong information. After applying for the stop number, I was told that "The original credit card deduction was made for the number, but after the stop number was processed, the automatic deduction function will be cancelled immediately, and the last bill must be paid manually." I double-checked. The electronic bill received today still says "Transfer on behalf of payment", and I called the customer service to confirm that this last installment is still a credit card deduction. Fortunately, the customer service said that the system has a foolproof mechanism, and if there is a manual payment, the credit card will not be deducted. This is the second time Taiwan Columbia University has provided me with incorrect information, and both of these are directly operated stores.
