客戶上門談時，非常友善，講的頭頭是道；還表現的很阿薩力，送你有的沒的，說會跟廠商凹優惠…（驗收就要仔細看看嘍?）
不到半年就出事，一個落地式烘碗機修了半年以上，令人無奈的是打去永遠就是顧客的問題，講的好聽留聯絡方式掛電話後就是沒下文；最後還是要消費者自己去聯絡保固廠商（差點還被保固廠商要求出車馬費…）
有問題去電的感覺，一律就是懷疑消費者，每次的理由毫無邏輯…前後矛盾
然後跟你耗反正他就是等你放棄處理?
