★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 原台糖製糖甘蔗聚集地，舊式倉庫相當復古風格，現在部份由藝術家進駐，部份展場，部份餐飲店家。不建議太陽太大時到訪，在台東市步道旁，方便散步。
The original sugar cane sugar cane gathering place, the old warehouse is quite retro style, and now some of them are stationed by artists, some exhibitions, some food and beverage stores. It is not recommended to visit the sun when it is too big. It is convenient for walking next to the Taitung City Trail.
