★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 來辦續約，合約書正本搞錯放在我們紙袋裡，已經特地來台東繳回，短髮小姐說什麼「被客人拿走的」？你們自己業務的疏失，還這種語氣，員工訓練真的要再做加強，再來要取消附約加價購，已經來門市卻要等門市人員打電話給客服中心做取消，等了又等，後來小姐說可以去櫃檯辦理，那我們等什麼意思的。
