★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The establishment itself needs upgrade. The sheets and blankets needs to be replaced. The bedroom floor has bugs running around. Very disappointed stay for one night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the facilities to the breakfast buffet to the general vibe of the place, it is all definitely designed for Chinese tour groups. Mostly nice staff members, one grumpy and resentful. Clean rooms with balconies and all of the standard amenities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a really bad experience. The sheet cover and pillow cover were all dirty that I could see some disgusting things on it. Asked the servers to change it but they said the covers were all clean ?♀️anyway, won’t choose this hotel again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room is spacious with balcony. However, bathroom is not well maintained. You can spot a lot of moss in shower room and counter. One of the pillow cases has mark of dirt on it. Besides, the service is just ok. When check-in, toilet paper in the bathroom was almost running out. When we call for refill, the front desk asked us to pick up downstairs ourselves. Good that only one person in our party is hurried for using it. So the other can run down and get it. The breakfast food is basic and not much fresh food. Lots of canned food as side dishes are offered.
