In July 2016, my three high school friends and I came to Shakya Garden for the first time after Typhoon Nibert due to the introduction of the small dormitory, and assisted in the reconstruction of the orchard. We met sister Yijia and Brother ㄚYang here, and found that I fell in love with the dedicated time in the orchard. After returning to the north that time, I often missed Taitung and Sakyamuni. I also missed the kindness and hospitality of sister Yijia and Brother Yang. When you miss, you order fruits to eat, and you usually share them with your family and friends; order fruits to share with your professors when you graduate; and share them with colleagues after you start working. Every time I need to give gifts, I think of the fruits of Sakyamuni Gardens. Behind each fruit is the careful care and persistence of organic. The two have invested a lot of time in this land, constantly learning new knowledge, and then returning to the orchard to experiment, striving to make each fruit tree grow healthy and happy, and let us who enjoy the fruit be healthy and happy.
