台東小熊渡假村

睡在靠牆的床邊，回家開始覺得皮膚癢，才發現手腳都一點一點紅色斑點，疑似跳蚤咬的，真的很讓人不舒服….住完都要去看皮膚科了！用餐環境充滿蒼蠅，到底誰會吃得開心

非常難忘的住宿體驗，我們6個人出遊，所以一間房間上鎖，不過也等於包棟了，小客廳真的讓人好驚艷，早餐時戴頭巾服務的先生，服務真的好棒！同為服務的我都感受到那種真心服務客人到熱忱，若有機會再去台東我會願意再回住一次！

如果想享受安靜不吵雜的住宿，選這就對了，獨棟木屋，互相不受干擾，而且木屋乾淨，光腳走路也不會踩到異物。 木屋共2樓，1樓還有客廳很寬敞，2樓爲房間，一樣舒適乾淨，客廳跟房間都有電視跟冰箱，很方便。 另外渡假村還提供洗衣機免費洗衣，也有烘衣機可使用（需自備5個10元硬幣）。 另外也有餐廳，如果想躺著耍廢一整天，這真的非常適合。 另外建議可以的話看能不能提供自動兑幣機，那天零錢不夠，櫃檯人員又下班，差點不能烘衣，後來跑去跟其他房客換??

花東之旅的幾天，感謝自己的好手氣，好選擇，遇到的住宿點，服務人員都超好，今天的台東之旅，入住小熊的小木屋，有優惠的牧場票價代購，還可以BBQ晚餐,自己一個人帶著小孩，無法好好烤完，最後服務人員超貼心說我可以先帶小孩回房間，然後他們幫我做最後的處理，然後就幫我烤完食材，甚至擺盤XD,還有火鍋，都讓我全部拿回房間慢慢享用！這裡的環境也不錯，雖然冬天泳池沒開放，但是泳池空間看起來好大，夏天來玩一定也很好玩！價格也很優惠，是全家出遊的好地點！出來旅遊，遇上好的服務人員，真的會替旅程加了很多分，開心很多，大家一定要來玩喔！

Calling it a resort is a huge stretch. It's just an old hotel. I stayed at a cabin house, while decent it does shows age. The room was clean at first glance but when trying to use the hair dryer heavy smoke came out of it from the lack of cleaning. No Wi-Fi instructions. The overall environment inside and out, is it's run down. The area is small with not much to do. Swimming pool was empty. Had the option to pick between BBQ and restaurant food. You do the BBQ yourself, outdoor and next to the empty swimming pool BBQ items were of poor quality. Food from restaurant were okay but the bear mural in the restaurant is the definition of creepy. There is a night time activity that lets you release lantern with a small firework show and do group activities with other ppl that stayed at the resort. It's fun for ppl who likes to socialize with strangers but it loses the novelty first day. They did provide mahjong and mahjong table so everyone stayed indoors. There's really not much to do. I do appreciate that you can take dogs. I think they had the most fun. Anyway, it's a very lackluster as a resort experience. Don't expect much.

A nice place for family to relax and chill. I would love to come back again one day ? It is also a animal friendly place where you can see cats and dogs around you!

A hideaway. Nice, old, quiet place. Cabin rooms are clean. They have a huge pool near the restaurant. Staff are nice and very accomodating. Foods needs improvement though. Overall experience is good. ?

Initial impression was that the staff seemed pretty enthusiastic about their job, welcoming customers and all that - but that was the only thing that impressed me. The rooms looked nice, sure, but the hardware / gifts / toiletry given could be improved. One major issue I had was with showering; you either get cold as hell cold water or water so hot that it feels like semi-boiled water. There's no such thing as "warm" water, it lasts like 30 seconds, then it goes way too hot or cold. Another issue I ran into was a little less major, but the shampoo given was pretty bad / mediocre. No bubbles no nothing. TL;DR, nice environment and staff, hardware could be improvised.
