★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 晚班櫃檯服務人員超級漂亮又親切，房間內有超大泡湯池，雖然設備不是頂新，但挺乾淨的，熱水也相當的熱，並沒發現像評價描述的那麼差勁阿！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不怎麼推，想泡熱水，還要浴室所有水龍頭打開，才勉強搶的到水，只要關一只水龍頭，就沒熱水，其他都還好。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 關於知本城，在訂房網站照片與現場戶外沒打燈照明的狀況下，感受是相差甚遠。
是間有歷史年代的裝潢啊！
不過不管房間的佈置背景，因為星期六假日又是跨年連假，枕頭、床鋪軟硬適中，可以泡澡，已經符合基本。
唯一缺點是門外有種溪流聲，寧靜的夜晚特別明顯特別吵
