★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麵包沒切放在室溫下超過24小時，今天回到家才分切品嚐+冷凍保存，我按照老闆說的用電鍋回蒸一下跳起來再吃！很軟Q好吃?（老闆非常nice我們遲到了老闆也願意等我們、還很細心的說明麵包保存等Tips ）
 The bread was left uncut and kept at room temperature for more than 24 hours. I only cut it and tasted it when I got home today + frozen it for storage. I steamed it in an electric cooker as the boss said and jumped up to eat it! Very soft and delicious? (The boss is very nice, we are late, the boss is also willing to wait for us, and he also carefully explained the tips of bread preservation and so on)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老闆娘人非常的好，誤打誤撞，非麵包出爐時間，也沒有預約，剛好可以買到麵包！但是麵包不便宜喔！一顆$250 ，但把它想成，在山上的馬可先生，也就不貴了！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were looking for a decent coffee and a snack when we found this place- it was a little out of the way, but not only did we find a great tasting coffee ☕️ - but some unexpected excellent baked bread ? . Just out of the oven. What we tried had a flurry of tastes, caramelized onion with cranberries and a touch of savory. The music and the friendly service topped it off.
A few pics and as we were about to leave his son said he like to show us a little special spot. It was a few Kms away - but so worth it. We will be back for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent European bread baked by a local Taiwanese couple! A rarity especially in rural Taitung
During my trip in Sep, I had the rare opportunity to try their country load and Pain de Campagne. Thinly sliced and toasted, spread a bit of butter on top of it..ah, it was a really good breakfast :)
if you do get the chance to visit their place, it's a really nice quaint little house with good vibes all over...and the smell of baking bread
