★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 臺灣三角楓為臺灣維管束植物紅皮書名錄列為極危(CR, Critically Endangered)的珍稀物種，是臺灣獨有的槭樹科植物，常分佈於臺灣的北海岸或溪岸，近日造訪鹿野國中時驚奇的發現貴校存在著這麼一棵珍稀植物，雖然生長狀況算不上是很好，但至少沒有死亡的風險，除了稀有植物外發現貴校在土石流的防治教育上也做了一定程度上的宣教，相當令人欽佩，在臺灣這塊土地上生活的人們，沒有人能和臺灣的山林脫離關係，謝謝你們將這些必須的知識傳授給學生們。
Taiwan triceratops is a rare species listed as critically endangered (CR, Critically Endangered) in the Taiwan Red Book of Vascular Plants. I was surprised to find that such a rare plant exists in your school. Although the growth condition is not very good, at least there is no risk of death. In addition to the rare plants, it is found that your school has also done a certain degree of education in the prevention and control of landslides. It is quite admirable that no one who lives in Taiwan can be separated from the mountains and forests in Taiwan. Thank you for imparting these necessary knowledge to your students.
