Martin, Dahi, (the country’s first indigenous hot air balloon pilot) and the entire crew are so friendly and professional. They speak English as well, though I feel their warm personalities transcend language. All of the pilots were certified overseas with intensive training. They are so knowledgeable about their craft and the island of Taiwan. True to hot air ballooning tradition, they end each flight with a champagne toast. I can’t wait to go back again!
