The owner make all their breads and baked goods with his own homemade natural yeast. You can taste the fresh ingredients from every bite, not like the breads you get from the normal bakeries in Taiwan, with a lot of artificial and chemical ingredients. They sell good quality freshly baked European breads just like the ones you get from Europe or even better. Not to missed if you happen to stop by Guanshan.
