★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely cafe near the Brown Boulevard. The owner Ann is one of the sweetest people I met in Taiwan and she went to great lengths to recommend me some vegetarian restos. I ordered their sesame noodles and its tasty. You can really tell she puts her heart into the food and drinks. She has two dogs and one cat and they are just calm like Ann. Highly recommend this chilled place for refreshments :)
