河粉偏台式口味，乾炒河粉有雞肉絲口味還不錯，微酸不會死鹹。 炒牛肉河粉份量感覺比乾炒河粉再少一點。 以池上越式料理來說算不錯的，內用環境乾淨整潔。

店家前面算好停車，備有越南的二種醬料，比較特別的是小碗是磁碗，備有洗手間 點了雞肉炒河粉、牛肉炒河粉、燙高麗菜、餛飩湯 雞肉炒河粉和牛肉炒河粉，份量剛好，炒的很好吃，料也很多 燙高麗菜，份量很多，會附一小疊醬油給你沾菜，高麗菜梗很少，新鮮 餛飩湯，裡面大約八顆左右，餛飩肉有加一種辛香料，吃起來蠻特別的，好吃? 店家騎樓有擺「雨來菇冰花煎餃」的攤位 但來用餐的時間已經八點多了，賣完了～ 老闆說中午過後會營業，有提供宅配，二千免運，希望下次能吃到

牛肉炒河粉胡椒很香，要加檸檬層次感會比較豐富。牛肉湯河粉的湯頭也很好，個人口味還是喜歡再加一點檸檬。越是春捲裡面還有蝦子，份量十足；青木瓜份量龐大，還有三隻蝦子。吃過最好吃的春捲和河粉。我們三個女生點這樣吃不完 環境乾淨，燈罩是用越南的斗笠

The beef hor fun is not bad but I wouldn't call it 'Vietnamese'. The taste is adjusted to Taiwanese palates, which seems to be the case here in Taiwan. My husband had the lemongrass rice- again, not authentic. The meat in this dish should be grilled in one big piece, be it pork chop, chicken thigh, or beef steak. The most vietnamese flavored dish here is the vegetable roll with the fish sauce. The only time I encounter authentic Vietnamese flavor is a roadside stand operating in front of a residential area. But once they set up shop in a business area, they have to change it to Taiwanese taste preference. Which makes me wonder why Taiwanese bother to try foreign cuisine, just eat local Taiwanese food if that's the only flavor you prefer.

This is THE BEST FOOD you’ll find in Chishang. I’ve eaten in nearly every restaurant in town, and I was absolutely blown away by the flavors, CP value, and hospitality here. I ordered a bowl of 牛肉河粉 Beef Pho. For just 90NT, you get a big bowl of smooth noodles, freshly cut beef, and perfectly seasoned broth. It was the best bowl of pho I’ve ever had - and I’ve had some pretty darn good pho in LA. It’s no surprise, the owner is Vietnamese herself. Her son shared that she has been studying pho all his life, working hard to localize flavors to Taiwanese palettes. They even went to Vietnam to study how local vendors make their food. This passion for food extends beyond the dish, and manifests in how they treat customers with warmth and generosity. They treated every customer in the closing shift to a pineapple popsicle! This was better than brands like 春一枝 because it’s low sugar, no preservatives, and made with real pineapple bits that you can taste. You can buy one for $35NT, and in bulk via delivery. A MUST GO if you’re in Chishang! Be sure to visit when it’s open. According to local residents, it doesn’t open very often.
