右臨東部海岸國家風景區管理處，
溫馨浪漫的"夢潮聲"是我們那幾天的窩，
開門就可遠眺三仙台，
晚上可以蓋著有台東陽光暖香的棉被，
伴著海浪蟲鳴聲入眠，
另外還有可以看見星光的房間，
充滿古意的氣派大房，
大至傢俱、桌椅，小至杯盤、擺飾，
大都是主人家從大陸空運來台，
再搭配客家傳統布飾，
處處充滿主人家的巧思，
民宿主人的熱情款待更是讓人賓至如歸
來到這裡會想讓時間停留

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 對於擁有中華民國導遊證的我來說，觀光旅遊是個人喜好，自由行更是唯一最愛，住過各式五星級飯店、溫泉飯店、民宿等，各有各的特色，舒適度都不錯，但是，人文接待感受溫暖就屬【八斤子的家】給我回家的感覺一般，這是別處所沒有的。
除此之外，景色與美食也很值得我們去發覺體驗喔！
