 Origin of the name:
The mountain at the eastern foot of the Coastal Mountains, surrounded by the Canadolong Creek and Chinawang Creek
The Ami people call it [Ba Om Om], which means crying and being moved in the Ami language.
Due to the divergence of Route 11 in Ba Om Om, the original section of the road was changed to a bike lane in Ba Om Om.
