真的不想太公開,怕到時候訂不到位子,夫妻在大陸開過餐廳,老闆娘的好手藝,老闆的親切菜色介紹,食材都是自家種的有機蔬菜,魚肉都是台東在地新鮮貨,充分利用了台東的強力資源,第一次就有驚艷的感覺,再度光臨卻是回味無窮,等待下次的品嚐。

臨時預定了半野生活的無菜單料理,老闆親自介紹每一道食材及作法,自家醃的白蘿蔔爽脆清香,白糟白蝦及豬舌有淡淡的酒香,洛神花醃百香果口感則類似軟桃。 刺蔥煎蛋是跟賣相反差極大的驚艷,而紅燒海魚豆腐上因為有梅干菜的襯托,從配料、魚身到豆腐,能嚐到不同的層次。黑松露燉煮的獅子頭湯品,呈現金黃色澤,底韻甘甜,獅子頭入口即化。炒的有機野菜、帶著辣味的徽式炸醬麵,都是樸實但令人回味的菜品。 橄欖搭配芭蕉打的果汁,帶點酸味及果香,作為開胃飲品真的很合適。至於桂花蜜及藍莓醬奶凍,柔順地滑入食道,為整個美食饗宴劃下了句點。 這次是在戶外的露台上用餐,餐具放置在芭蕉葉上,傳統的肚兜作為餐巾,暖黃色的吊燈掛在樹上,能夠一面遠眺藍色大海,身心靈都慢活了起來。

酒香不怕巷子深 菜好無懼深山內 來到好山好水的台東 能吃到半野闆娘的好手藝 真心感謝 地產好食材再加上妙手烹飪 從迎賓飲料新鮮橄欖汁 到陳年梅菜蒸製鮮魚豆腐 一直到最後讓人忍不住多吃一碗的酸菜炒飯(竟然有香香的鍋巴!) 每道菜都迅速盤底朝天 估計老闆也沒看過戰鬥力這麼強的食客,哈哈。 期待秋季再訪,不知道到時又能吃到什麼好料啊~~
