出發前已作過功課看評價，多數都是給予好評、不能用價格衡量，加強了我冒險的信心。所以價錢高我是有心理準備的，只要好吃，就值得。
來說說問題：肉又硬又不甜，幾乎靠著蠻力+剪刀才拆下來，皮是韌的，不是Q也不是脆，咬不斷。入口時沒肉的甜味、肉質沒彈性沒口感、也沒烤雞的香味，有些部位還偏硬難咬。拆下來的肉跟皮要用剪刀再剪小塊，不然真的很難咬。
兩隻雞，一隻重三斤+一隻重快四斤，花了我$2100@@
雞毛沒清理乾淨，很反胃。
雞肉結實跟過硬咬不動完全是兩回事，好嗎！

Let's talk about the problem: the meat is hard and not sweet, and it is removed almost by brute force + scissors. The skin is tough, not Q or crisp, and biting constantly. In the mouth, there is no sweetness of meat, no elasticity, no taste, no smell of roast chicken, and some parts are hard to bite. You need to use scissors to cut small pieces of the removed meat and skin, otherwise it is really hard to bite.
Two chickens, one weighing three catties + one weighing almost four catties, cost me $2100@@
The chicken feathers were not cleaned up, very nauseous.
A firm chicken is completely different from a hard bite, okay!

不算便宜但是確實好吃，和其他桶仔雞最大的差別就是雞肉紮實，極香！
還可以順便到旁邊的車站看看美麗的海岸線，半天的行程就有了，大推！
