福安宮觀音堂創建於1900年（光緒26年），是大武鄉唯一建於清朝的廟，它本來叫福安宮，主祀神明為福德正神。後來因為要便民，所以把原本的道教信仰，加入佛教的觀音菩薩，後殿的二樓就是菩薩殿，供奉觀音佛祖。有趣的是，這間廟雖有正殿和後殿兩棟，但看起來只有一棟，因為兩殿完全連在一起，是少見的連體嬰廟宇。

Fu'an Palace Guanyintang was founded in 1900 (Guangxu 26 years). It is the only temple built in the Qing Dynasty in Dawu Township. It was originally called Fu'an Palace, and the main god is the god of Ford. Later, because of the convenience of the people, the original Taoist beliefs were added to the Buddhist Guanyin Bodhisattva. The second floor of the apse is the Bodhisattva Hall, dedicated to the Guanyin Buddha. Interestingly, although there are two main halls and a apse in this temple, it seems that there is only one building. Because the two temples are completely connected, it is a rare conjoined baby temple.
