Woman at the counter tried to over-charge for tickets. After first booking the incorrect ticket wr asked if she could exchange. She said yes and listed a price higher than the actual ticket value. I had the app open and showed that that number was not only incorrect, but was not an "exchange" and was higher than the app ticket price. She shrugged her shoulders and said oh well.
