很令人驚艷在花蓮可以吃到這麼好吃的日本料理,多採用在地食材跟日本進口材料,每一道都很精緻好吃,份量也很足夠(吃的很飽),環境很清幽舒服,師傅服務也很親切,期待下次再訪。
It's amazing that you can eat such delicious Japanese food in Hualien. Most of the local ingredients and imported Japanese ingredients are used. Each dish is exquisite and delicious, and the portion is sufficient (the food is very full), and the environment is very quiet and comfortable. 吃得出師傅的用心,有幾道都是選用花蓮在地的魚產,最讓我驚艷的是他們的海膽是用北海道的白海膽,吃起來沒有任何腥味,很順口,非常推薦大家若來花蓮可以試一試 ???
I can taste the chef’s intentions. Some of them are made from local fish from Hualien. The most amazing thing is that their sea urchins are white sea urchins from Hokkaido. They don’t have any fishy smell and are very smooth. Highly recommended If you come to Hualien, you can try it ???

花蓮的高級日料店,食材新鮮、價位中上,雖然受限食材的供給但是仍然提供上乘的作品,份量也充足,師傅互動佳、店內座位不多但是氛圍極好,靠近東大門夜市、對面停車塲很方便,謝謝各位的招待!
A high-end Japanese restaurant in Hualien. The ingredients are fresh and the price is moderate. Although the supply of ingredients is limited, it still provides high-quality works. The portion is sufficient. The chef interacts well. There are not many seats in the store but the atmosphere is very good. The parking lot is very convenient, thank you for your hospitality!

鮨煦(期許同音) 日式無單料理 進入店家 裝潢空間寬闢舒適 屬開放式廚房 可看見主廚操作過程 及 互動聊天 今晚菜色道道是驚艷,每道食材上桌主廚師父都會熱忱接待解說菜色的組成, 精緻的料理、高級的食材 加上不同的烹調方式 加上專業的服務 吃起來就有不同的層次感 不過食材要夠新鮮才能呈現如此的美味 最讓我覺得特別是玉旨燒吃起來像蛋糕 這難道是我的錯覺?只能說一個不夠吃啦?最後一個只有壽星才有的#“可麗露”怎麼會如此的特別好吃? 以上,真的很可以呦?

訂位晚餐1930 開心的是,那天訂位剛好只有我們~ 整個包場的概念✌ 選擇價位:3680 選擇的清酒價位:2200 沒有收取服務費 師傅們很認真講解每道料理來自於哪個地方,料理的方式,也會選擇當地食材一起做結合 每道只能說驚呼連連,吃的一個太忘我 師傅用心講解時,我只顧著吃~ 竟然沒有拍攝到一道非常難忘的美食! 是 “紹興海膽蝦” 濃郁海膽與牡丹蝦,尾韻柔和的帶出紹興的清香~層次豐富 層次分明~ 本人討厭生魚片師傅上面刷的醬油味道後重,這家刷上的醬油味道不厚重,清爽的點綴讓味道更有層次~ 品嚐到三種不同海膽:赤海膽,北海道白海膽,特上等級海膽 每道料理呈現 溫順 細緻 專業 水準非常高 很榮幸來到貴店用餐 ?‍♀️感謝店家招待的甜點:提拉米蘇 可麗露 (不只餐點優秀,甜點也完全眼睛一亮) 不加招待甜點總共約22道~ 這家才是我心目中的米其林?

Had dinner on a fri night, the 7.30pm sitting. Was early so had to wait till 7.30pm. place was not full, we were the only persons for the 7.30pm slot. Food was extraordinary creative and tasty. Definitely 1 of the better omakase i have visited. Better if not on par with the food taipei omakase. Chef is a young but very diligent perfectionist, takes his food prep very seriously. Alot of home made creations. Bill was not cheap, more than 7k nt for 2 pax but food is seriously good. Will go again.

An omakase rookie in Hualien but definitely a rising star. Tasty / fresh foods and menus for kids can be customized - kids loves each dishes. We will visit it again for sure :))
