就點了生蠔跟烤干貝兩道菜 跟我們說等25分鐘 結果整整等了70分鐘 比我們晚到的客人還比較早送餐 五星根本就都是評五星送烤蝦堆出來的 價錢想說不貴 東西真得很普通 一點都不值得 爛

無敵好吃又便宜,大推,老闆娘服務超好超親切,下大雨還幫我們移到帳篷內,鮭魚生魚片/烤生蠔必點(菜單掃QR CODE點),便宜又好吃,喝一杯調酒+小米酒,花蓮不虛此行(沒有五星評論換東西,純粹自己感覺)

今天逛完年貨大街,就近的走入了夜市,買完魚貨就心血來潮的超級想吃海鮮,於是從自強夜市入口進入,挑選了最近的燒烤攤!說真的身為美食專業吃的我多少還是會爬文參考的,看到最近有評論說生魚片沒油花很難吃、然後生蠔很不新鮮這些說法,我真的很想親自一探究竟,以上這些說法如果是真的能生存嗎?海鮮最怕不新鮮了,反正我就走一回,不行我也是實話實說也只光顧一次然後一顆? 結果實際上出乎我意料之外的,夜市也可以有CP值很高的燒烤店!我算是把重點海鮮都點了一遍想看看哪些可以哪些不行! 第一道 鮭魚生魚片,光從照片上就看得出這個厚度、色澤、紋理還有油花了吧?!說真的片片肥美,所以我可以證明推翻針對生魚片沒油花難吃的這個評論,有圖有真相,真的很推!然後炙燒鰹魚我來不及拍就被我嗑掉了? 真心不騙,我還有偷偷走到旁邊觀察老闆殺魚跟切生魚片的過程,也真的很注重衛生! 第二道 綜合握壽司,鮪魚握很新鮮而且鮪魚沒有帶筋,干貝握非常鮮甜,鮭魚握上面還有鮭魚卵搭配起來也很提味,而甜蝦握的質量也很好,甚至針對下面的生菜?我還在思考究竟是擺設還是一起入口的,後面我選擇生存與甜蝦握一起入口格外清爽,兩種甜度(生菜甜+海鮮甜)絕配,但握壽司本身沒有芥末,要自己倒芥末沾!但針對這道我也給出高分。 第三道 大生蠔? 生食原味,火烤原味,生食蒜蓉我都點來吃看看。喜歡先品嚐食物原味與新鮮度的我先吃了生食原味,新鮮度滿分?過關後,我淋上檸檬包生菜?吃,完全提升一個層次的提味! 當然這種東西不需要去探究料理手法,就是東西新鮮與否!! 接下來火烤就是考驗店家技術了,當然本來就敢吃生食的人,對火烤熟度就不會太在意,但像我老婆就不太愛生蠔生食的味道就會在意有沒有烤好,太熟不好吃,不夠熟下不了口,但是連我老婆在烤牡蠣這關都PASS了,就這樣因為夠新鮮而且不貴,我們又加點的4顆?嘿嘿嘿!這個真的愛吃生蠔的人不點會後悔! 第四道 是烤串的部份,我豬肉串、雞肉串、牛肉串各點了一份(豬肉串一份就是兩串)然後雞皮三串(因為我超愛吃雞皮?),當然舌尖敏感又挑剔的我要求所有烤串不要塗醬,因為我要吃肉本身的等級與水準,有些店家烤串等級不會用太好然後用塗醬去掩蓋一切! 針對雞豬牛本身有炭烤味而且可能有醃漬還有烤的時候有撒鹽,我真心覺得沒塗醬就很夠味了,而且烤肉不塗醬就過關基本上就過了,但是雞皮的部份真心不能不上醬料,軟嫩度我喜歡,很Q彈!我吃完第一支雞皮就請老闆幫我塗烤肉醬了,塗完後,啊~就是這一味! 小盤的那個是剝皮辣椒香腸,啊因為它就是辣椒香腸,所以我就不多做贅述跟介紹了! 第五道 最後一道湯品蛤蜊湯,蛤蜊很大顆,顆顆肥美,品質穩定,沒有沒開或是沙沙的,湯自然就是滿滿蛤蜊鮮美的原味!這道搭配今日全餐算是完美Ending 我吃過的美食百百種,但很多人常常容易吃米不知道米價! 當然比起割烹、懷石料理的等級你說能夠攀比嗎?!當然不能,但是價位也截然不同,我們也常吃一個人頭2000-5000的預約板前料理,可是呢,一個專業的評論需要綜合價格層面符合度來做出評分! 今天的夜市燒烤之旅不是頂級料理,但是我覺得店家可以在夜市與多家燒烤店競爭並且以不昂貴的價格端出這樣的料理與水準,這樣的成績跟CP值真的非常值得我給予5?評價! 以後我肯定是會常常來光顧的,尤其每當我想吃牡蠣?
