尤其滷肉飯加上荷包蛋
蛋液流下來在飯上 陪著醬油膏與滷肉飯的香氣 一級棒啊

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在地的小吃店，雞肉飯好好吃!覺得有點淡淡甜味，不過小碗真的不大喔！魚肚湯也很讚，肉很大塊，醬料有一款很像蒜蓉醬，朋友說和馬來西亞當地的味道幾乎一樣，配魚肉吃超好吃!
At the local snack bar, the chicken rice is delicious! It feels a little sweet, but the small bowl is really small! The fish maw soup is also very good, the meat is large, and the sauce is very similar to garlic sauce. My friend said that the taste is almost the same as the local Malaysia. It is super delicious with fish!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 食材都很好、特別是蛤仔湯超級大顆又煮的剛剛好肥肥的、太厲害了。
滷白菜也是我心目中傳統的配料和口味
雞肉飯的醬汁是ok的、但雞肉絲太乾了沒有嫩的口感有點可惜
滷虱目魚算淡口味、但肉質也是有點偏乾、不夠肥美的口感
另外佐料區有個亮點、有點辣又不會太辣的豆豉炒紅綠辣椒、真是太棒了、配飯超好吃、害我差點想問店家有賣嗎？
但出來旅遊也無法放兩天才帶回台北而作罷！
#冷氣不涼

The sauce of the chicken rice is ok, but the chicken shreds are too dry and not tender. It's a pity
Braised milkfish is light in taste, but the meat is a bit dry and not fat enough
In addition, there is a bright spot in the condiment area, which is a bit spicy but not too spicy. Stir-fried red and green peppers with tempeh is really great.
But you can't take it back to Taipei for two days when you travel!
#Air conditioning is not cool

魚皮處理的很乾淨，有厚度，且本身新鮮會甜，不沾醬味道也很好。
自己是台南人，從小虱目魚就吃的滿多的，有點挑嘴，但德安的虱目魚表現有達標?
