★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 記得高中時，無名、大六、口福、江太太，堪稱花蓮牛肉麵四大天王(個人覺得啦)，經過幾十年歲月流逝，也不知道是世代交替還是招牌異主，更有可能是現在吃的東西越來越精緻了，這些令人嚮往美味已不復存在。
今天這一碗湯頭平淡、牛肉尚可+麵條軟爛(加熱的熟麵條，為什麼叫拉麵明明是烏龍麵條)+不對味的空心菜
奇怪的組合
 I remember when I was in high school, Wuming, Da Liu, Koufu, and Mrs. Jiang were called the four kings of Hualien beef noodles (in my opinion). Eating more and more refined, these coveted delicacies no longer exist.
Today's bowl of soup is bland, beef is acceptable + noodles are soft and rotten (heated cooked noodles, why is it called ramen noodles, it is obviously udon noodles) + water spinach that doesn't taste good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noodles are quite good, with a chewy texture, yet not too hard. Soup smells great, but the actual taste is not a flavourful as I had expected based on the smell. Still, the meat is nice and savoury. Will be willing to try again.
麵真蠻不錯吃的。湯很香，但喝起來味道淡很多。肉的味道就不錯。下次再來試試。
