★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前這裡是花蓮輪的停靠碼頭，這是老花蓮人的記憶，現在已改造成民眾的親水碼頭和自行車步道，碼頭倉庫部份改為文化藝廊，晨昏有許多遊客來此遊玩散步。
In the past, it was the dock of the Hualien wheel. This is the memory of the old Hualien people. Now it has been transformed into the people's hydrophilic pier and bicycle trails. The dock warehouse is partially converted into a cultural gallery. There are many tourists coming here to take a walk.

The Hualien Port Water Recreation Area was planned for the warehouse group of the original Hualien Port Branch. There are exhibition venues such as the Venus Art Gallery, Hualien Port Landscape Bridge, and the old Hualien Port Station. Walking along the waterfront, sculpture installations are scattered among them. Full of leisure and art.
