★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話服務態度真是不好，不找出解決問題方法，完全沒有客戶導向的企業文化，只是叫客戶等結果。
The telephone service attitude is really bad. It doesn't find a solution to the problem. There is no customer-oriented corporate culture at all. It just calls customers and waits for the result.
