但其內的林課長慶源兄卻是很細心的做後續服務(從花蓮市南下至鳳林替客人補足相關申請手續)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因保染疫險,但 出關後詢問了客服有關保單一切事宜,似乎因為疫情忙得不可開交 所以口氣差了一點,問保單號也是請我在等等再等等,直到上禮拜三 已經出關一個禮拜多 再次親臨花蓮兆豐產險詢問!一到雖未見沒有忙到沒辦法接電話,但 問了防疫險的理賠申請事宜,直叫我先回去準備資料,我問 什麼做資料?當下叫我去網上查詢.. 拜託!你是專業還是我是專業?都已經開賣多久了 要準備什麼你不能當下說? 阿不就我事先都已經該準備的裝備好!不然這種態度再跑一趟真的整肚子火,其中申請書不太懂內容詢問了他,專員也只說找他打勾得寫,我問了其他是否重要?到時候有問題找誰?是不是又要改又要拖到撥款?他說的你就照寫舊好 不然你也不知道怎申請啊!我只能說這樣的本職學能真叫人白眼… 當一切都寫好了以後,我再次詢問她撥款時間大概是?是否會有通知? 他只顧著點頭轉身走邊點頭…。說真的 不講我以為他是不是要起乩… 真的是很白眼!富邦撥款了 國泰撥款了 兆豐呢?他們保險人數也不下你們吧?第一次保感覺真的有點差!
