"It depends on what the insurance salesman told you at the time." Otherwise, you can find the insurance policy yourself. Is the situation complicated and do not know to ask it! Simple to understand, will you still find customer service? ... The Hualien counter said they didn't know, and there was no way to confirm it, so I asked the 0800 customer service, and they would know. I said before that I called 0800, and I would pass to Hualien and Hualien would reply. Now I say that you have to ask the customer service of the head office about this matter. The service of the department is completely useless, the enthusiasm is not enough, and the attitude does not matter. We are like this... ⋯ Customer satisfaction doesn't even want to give 1 star.
