Would highly recommend this place as the owner was also very friendly and helpful - he gave me directions to various attractions I could go to, as well as a map.

The lady was so helpful in explaining to me the various features of the bike, and even showing me the bike paths around Hualien. She was very kind and patient! I loved my bike too! It had a large front basket, adjustable gears, a back light, and phone/storage pocket (for viewing phone while biking). I was given a cable lock and attachable front light. There's also contact info on the bike, in case you need help. Everything was perfect! Return was very straightforward too! 谢谢，很开心骑自行车??
S	Shu Wen Yang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we rented for 22h so the boss gave us some discount off the 24h rate. very worth it! even though during both times when we popped by his store (to rent and to return), he wasn't around, he appeared soon after we called him via LINE. he was very helpful and encouraging especially at the start when we took some time to set off since we were still unsure about the traffic condition. we rode around hualien to the night market and the sunrise. very glad to cycle around and had lots of fun. saw the boss along the way to night market and he waved to us happily ;D

The bikes are comfortable and a very good price for 24 hour rental. I wish I knew the brand bike and specifically what type it was because I would love to purchase one for home.
