雖然網路負評很多,但昨天租車經驗還好,幫忙平反一下。 臨時決定國慶連假到花蓮玩,但忘了先租機車,到出發2天前打電話問了7.8家都沒車,決定到現場碰運氣~~ 從後站問到前站,問了10幾家,好不容易在前站問到一間有最後一台車,但坐地起價,$700/8小時(三陽)! 決定再走一走,結果在東林問到又是最後一台,老闆看起來有點兇兇的,但一口價$500/8小時(YAMAHA),車況還可以,又已經走了40幾分鐘,就決定租了,租車前要填一張租車單。(比較麻煩的是要壓證件) 而且安全帽只剩2.3頂,不新,老闆也沒跟我們檢查車況跟里程數(跟沖繩租車差好多),不過我們有錄影拍一圈。只交待要加滿油,加油站在旁邊,然後收了錢就結束了....結束了....(沒有收據,沒有簽收單,完全不清楚自己剛剛填的是什麼單子) 租完爬文才發現負評也太多,就一直忐忑不安,我們整天都騎得很小心,停車也很小心怕被A到,還車前導航還差點迷航,差一點超時.... 結果還車過程很順利,只來看了一下車,問我們油加了嗎?(連油錶都沒看)就叫我們在早上填的單子上簽名,結束,前後不到2分鐘~~ 其實這次的租車經驗還可以,除了安全帽不是很新的瓜皮帽,車子不是太新,但是滿安靜的。只是下次要提前租車,才不會臨時找不到車好租~~

想起之前還是學生時在這裡的租車經驗,是我人生最爛的一次租車經驗,我不知道老闆是每個人都凹還是看我是一個女生,在還車的時候硬要跟我說車子有刮痕,幾乎看不出來很細微的那種,要我賠償才讓我離開,害我差點錯過回台北的火車,之後我每一次租車前都會整台車狂拍,後來在其他租車行都沒有遇過這種事了,但一次就會讓人氣一輩子,希望不要再有新的受害者了!

注意: 當心租到半路會拋錨的車!還會叫你幫他們出運送費,而且會說不跟你收修車費算是很有人情了。跟東林租兩天600塊的機車當天先騎到加油站把油加滿後開不到一小時車子後面輪胎皮帶斷掉不動了。打給老闆請他來處理,順便帶另一台車替換,他答應了。結果沒下落我再打,他給我一個電話號碼叫我跟那個人說在哪裡。我打電話報告在哪個公路上大概的地點,我們在路邊等。結果等了半小時人沒來,再打,大哥說他繞了很久沒看到,而且他的手機無法回撥給我,我就請附近7-11店員幫忙解釋地點後終於等到這位大哥了,結果來了一個陌生臉孔的大哥說他認不得我,我不是跟他租的...我打給東林叫他自己跟大哥解釋狀況,結果兩個人都個說個話,原來跟本就不是合夥的,我以為大哥是東林的直接叫他來處理,大哥在電話上以為我是他的租車客人所以才帶著另一台機車出來找我們。已經搞快一個小時了,所以我跟東林說要退租,他也答應了,但大哥一直跟我要300塊費用,我就跟東林說我先幫他付,到時候再退給我,講好了後結果大哥說他沒有要幫東林載車,300是叫他出來繞了半天找我們的費用。真的搞不懂他們兩個在電話上說好了什麼,好像租了拋錨的車子變成都是顧客要處理。我不想再浪費時間了就跟東林說車子請他自己來取吧!結果他在電話上跟我兇說是我的責任,一定要把車子送回去。我問現場大哥幫他載車要多少,他說要再收300塊,共600。我轉告東林這個費用我先幫他墊,到時候他再退給我,先結束在路邊弄到熱死的情況。結果...隔天回到花蓮市區去東林他是先跟我說只退我一天費用,原因是因為開出去了,但我不接受幫他加滿油後開出去就拋錨了的車還要算一天的錢,他就答應全額退。但是請別人載車的費用他不退,原因是那個人還沒把車子載回來,還跟他要一千多塊贖回車子,老闆說那一千多他自己出,但600塊載車的費用我要自己負責。我跟老闆說真的是這樣的話我會幫他打電話給載車的大哥溝通,因為他不應該收兩次費用。我回住宿的地方打電話給載車大哥詢問,他說一千多塊是東林要他幫他修車的費用,而且他們還沒有講好要不要幫他載到花蓮,他跟我收的600是載到他自己的店裡的費用。無論如何,我還是覺得要求顧客出錢做店家自己要處理事情是不對的,所以我還是回到東林跟老闆說載車大哥跟我說的話以及請他補償我幫他墊的載車費。結果老闆先是跟我爭我要出300塊因為我車子在哪裡拋錨沒有講清楚害那個(有手機但無法回撥電話給我的)大哥繞很久,另外300塊是因為車子還沒回來他沒有理由補載車費用給我(說是我跟那個大哥自己的事情),還有修理費沒跟我算已經夠好了。雖然我的旅伴說應該要找警察處理,但我想東林應該知道居多的遊客也不會想花這個時間,跟我們說要叫警察他也可以,所以我先離開了。所以最後我就是花了600塊幫東林加油、測試他的車子一小時、再花一個多小時在路邊幫他強迫跟他不相關的大哥幫他載車、最後再幫他打電話跟大哥溝通要把車子載回他店裡。

超級爆幹差的租車體驗 最後在花蓮玩的一天就因為跟這家爛店租車毀了 先是借給我們一台沒充飽電的電動自行車 給我們充電器材叫我們找充電站充 可那三格電騎不到離七星潭的一半就沒電了? 查了附近的充電站, ㄏㄏ 有夠遠,最近的走路少說要15分鐘以上 何況是推著這台破車 (我們後來去了地圖上最近的充電站,結果早就被拆了,沿路問了機車行、加油站,都是不能充電的回應) 重點來了 我們打電話回店裡反應 得到的回應都是叫我們自己找地方充,態度超差,還直接掛我電話? 打了不只一通,都得到這種白爛的態度 .....大哥,我們車就跟你說過多少次 沒電 沒電 沒電 騎不走是要怎麼跟你換 後來自己打了一通電話來 說店裡現在只有他一個人,走不開,叫我們自己把車帶回去跟他換 (酷的事情來了,經過好心人的幫助終於重新回店裡換車,結果老闆不在而是其他店員^^) 而且問了附近車行,他說這要充飽要4個小時 充一些也要一兩個小時 WTF 所以你大哥你都知道還給我們這台破車還要我們自己充?! 真的是氣到整個覺得沒寫差評對不起自己 評論分數低成這樣真的正常而已 還不夠低呢:) 寧願多花100租其他店 也不要毀了自己來玩來度假的好心情 打這麼多只是希望不要有下一個受害者了 這種店真的很想把它夷為平地

3 stars for flexibility to rent to foreigners but at rip off price. Be prepared to pay more than locals. Renting to locals at 200NT per day for 50cc motorbike, but we paid 500NT each. 100NT per hour if go by hour.
