★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 年初三來花蓮玩，終於找到有營業的涮涮鍋。
滿好吃的，湯頭不會越煮越鹹，現場有多種飲料、冰淇淋、佐料可選擇，每人附一顆蛋（目前台灣缺蛋，還提供真的很大方）。
感覺滷肉醬、烏梅汁、紅豆湯是店家自己做的，不像是買現成的，還不錯！
菜盤內容可，高麗菜量多，唯一缺憾肉片真的有點薄，沒有口感。
工讀生服務還ok,老闆態度也不錯。（是沒有像評價寫得這麼差啦）
 I came to Hualien to play on the third day of the new year, and finally found a shabu-shabu that is open.
It is full of delicious food, and the soup will not become salty as it cooks. There are a variety of beverages, ice cream, and condiments to choose from, and each person comes with an egg (currently Taiwan is short of eggs, and it is really generous).
I feel that the braised meat sauce, ebony juice, and red bean soup are made by the store themselves, not like buying ready-made ones, but they are not bad!
The content of the dish is good, the amount of cabbage is large, the only regret is that the meat slices are really a bit thin and have no taste.
The service of working students is ok, and the attitude of the boss is also good. (It's not as bad as the review is written)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passable hotpot, which is open until late night so it can be a huge relief after having a prior session with alcoholic beverages. The ingredients were nice, the meats were delicious, however the eggs on the table looked suspicious, some of them were broken already.
