Best Chinese noodle restaurant in Taiwan

J	James Mattson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simple Comfort Food, done extremely well. My favorite noodle shop in the city. Portions are enormous, staff is very friendly. It's very clean with a modern atmosphere. Sometimes you can even catch a famous street-stand donutery outside the shop.

I really liked the texture of the noodles and the beef, which was super tender. I would definitely come again next time I’m in hualien.
