外酥內嫩 又臭個夠味
加了一匙蒜末畫龍點睛
泡菜部分普通沒有特別驚豔
豬血湯因為豬血太硬有點小扣分
且胡椒粉加太多
整體服務速度快速請來的員工也很有流程
值得下次去東大門再去吃一次

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 臭豆腐外皮酥脆，可惜泡菜脆度和酸度不夠。豬血湯很清淡，喝"水"的感覺很重XD"，豬血給的量還可以。

臭豆腐一份50，大約是三塊剪成12塊（是炸完大塊之後再剪）。
泡菜部份不酸也不脆。
菜單上勾選不加辣，結果送上來時，旁邊有一大匙辣椒。
豬血湯（$30），因為有"不加韭菜"及"不加酸菜"的選項，所以豬血一定只用水煮，導致再吃的時候完全沒味道，湯頭也沒味

醬汁很特別，覺得很好吃！裡面是軟的
但不會覺得噁心，我跟爸爸都覺得很棒?
豬血湯也是超划算$30
很大一碗，裡面豬血超多的！

就算帶回旅店冷掉了也很好吃~又臭、又香、外酥內嫩、連泡菜也都好好吃喔???

老闆娘一直邀請我內用，非常熱情。
兩老手抖著抖著感覺是做興趣的。

She said, the place was too small to have one person for one soup there. It had to be to-go when there were at least ten empty seats. Apparently, it took forever to finish a bowl of soup.
